Sponges

Our round cakes are a staple for us. The age perfected recipes mean that they are delicious on every bake.
The team pride themselves on crafting handmade traditional cakes finished in a farmhouse style. 

Lemon Sponge

A stunning citrus syrup-soaked sponge, topped with a lemon butter icing and candied mixed peel

Our best selling! Light and traditional- just the way it should be. Made with fresh bramley apples, a hint of spice and topped with apple slices and a dusting of caster sugar.

Farmhouse Fruit

Rich fruit cake, heavily laden with sultanas, raisins, currants and glace cherries. It's a first favourite, deliciously moist and packed full of flavour.

A sweet yet tangy syrup-soaked sponge. Filled with buttercream and lemon curd and topped with a zesty lemon sugar crust and water icing.

Sticky Toffee

A light toffee sponge oozing with toffee syrup. Topped with a toffee water icing and sprinkled with delightful fudge pieces.

Traycakes

 Our traycakes are a fantastic alternative to our round cakes. These tray cakes are versatile, and can be sold as a 'grab-and-go' cake, or they work wonders being served as a dessert. Why not try heating them up and serving them with a dollop of delicious Dorset Ice-Cream.

Coffee & Walnut, Carrot, Sticky Toffee, Dorset Apple, Lemon Syrup

These deliciously versitile cakes are completely morish and are rather convenient too! These cakes are made using exactly the same method as the larger, round cakes, but are just dividied into tasty individual portions. The traycakes come individually wrapped, and in boxes of 18. They are great as a 'grab-and-go' treat, or served as a dessert. (Allergens and shelf-life are the same as those in the round cake form). 

Traybakes

The classic treats you know and love. We make a delicious range of traycakes which are great for any outlet. They come wrapped individually, which makes them nice and easy to display on any counter. All traybakes come in boxes of 18 and have a fantastic shelf life.

Our most popular product. Gooey, rich chocolate brownies baked with rice flour.

Made with Cocoa, wholemeal biscuit chunks, cherries and nuts. Coated in a silky dark chocolate, and sprinkled with cherries and almond flakes.

Golden Flapjack Slice

Scones

A truly authentic selection of British Scones. We don't go halves when it comes to our scones. They are of a generous size and baked to perfection. Our scones are light and fluffy,  with a golden glazed top. All of our scones are supplied loosely, in boxes of 18.

Our rich fruit cake is perfect for any celebration. It is heavily laden with sultanas, raisins, currants and glace cherries. Topped with marzipan and finished with a layer of fondant icing and decorative icing flowers.
